When nitrogen pressure is less than 6.3MPa (900psi), it should be replenished promptly. Check that the nitrogen pressure has to be fully relieved with the accumulator bottle. Relieve the pressure by using a ball valve with a drain on the bottom of the accumulator. When controlling the device for long distance transportation, it is recommended that the nitrogen in the accumulator be left at only about 1MPa (140psi) so as to avoid accidents during transportation. Check the fuel tank level at any time, periodically open the bottom of the tank plug the drain, check the bottom sediment, if necessary, clean the bottom. Periodically check the electric oil pump, pneumatic oil pump or manual oil seal packing, packing should not be too tight, as long as no significant oil spill, in case of packing damage should be replaced. When removing the pipeline, care should be taken not to lose the O-ring of the quick-change union. After disassembly, these seals should be collected separately and properly stored. Often wipe the remote console, driller console surface, keep clean, be careful not to touch off all kinds of signs. After each well drilled, the pressure gauge should be checked once. 3, lubrication instructions once a week with a gun to the rotary valve air cylinder two grease nozzle appropriate amount of grease. Once a week to check lubricator lubricants, lack of adequate amount of N32 should be added mechanical oil or other suitable oil. Once a month to check the electric oil pump crankcase oil level, lack of adequate amount of N32 mechanical oil or other suitable oil. Once a month remove the chain guard, check the lubricating oil, lack of adequate amount of N32 mechanical oil or other suitable oil.
