The stagecoach analysis software package integrates the hydrodynamic calculation model of proppant carrying fluid flow and the full-scale proppant migration test results into an engineering model. Stagecoach model considers many factors, such as pump plan, proppant load, perforating charge selection, perforation spacing and phase, stress shadow and so on. The model can optimize the operation parameters to ensure more uniform distribution of proppant between cracks. Because the model provides accurate data based on facts rather than interpretation, the fracturing design is more robust and reliable, avoiding ultra long fractures that may lead to inter well connectivity. The bridge plug can calmly cope with many challenges of horizontal well completion operation, and has been proved to help wire rope operation companies save 95% of operation time.
