XJ900 workover rig is Truck-Mounted Drilling Equipment. The chassis adopts home-made 6×6, 8×8 special chassis or 10×8 special chassis. And based on which it is equipped with high speed diesel motor, hydraulic mechanical drive, angle gear box, drawworks assembly, two-section telescoping mast, traveling system, hydraulic and pneumatic system, etc.
The workover rig is mainly used for medium and small operation in 4000m oil and water well with 73mm(2.7/8″) tubing.
Also can do major workover operation with drilling rig and related components.
Characteristics and features
▲The chassis adopts home-made special workover rig chassis, easy to ride and operate and good cross country performance.
▲Adopts 29m or 32m two-section telescoping mast, monkey board, has three kinds of adjusting height (17.6m, 20.2m, 21.2m), can install simple rig.
▲The main drum of drawworks adopts integral LIBUS groove to line regularly.
The auxiliary brake adopts S 122 hydraulic brake and can equipped with pneumatic water cooling disc brake.
▲The control system of electric, hydraulic and pneumatic adopt centralized control, easy to operate.
