Standard plungers
Nickel-based alloy is still the standard and the most demanded coating on the plungers requested by our customers. We have been using plungers with this coating in our own standard fluid ends as well.
The nickel-based alloy composition is equivalent to METCO 15 or Colmonoy 88, HRC60. It provides you with improved wear and corrosion resistance.
Tungsten carbide plungers
Your best choice of wear-resistant frac pump plungers.
We apply tungsten carbide overlays evenly on the fluid end plungers using plasma surfacing technology, surface hardness can reach up to HRC70.
The tungsten carbide plungers offer you superior wear resistance, Moreover, its service life is also significantly increased while maintaining its cost-effectiveness.
Ceramic plungers
