I. Raw Material Requirements

1.The material certificate must show the following information: Certificate format meets EN 10204 3.1 Steelmaking process (vacuum degassing must be conducted) Chemical composition analysis Purity-non-metallic inclusion requirements as follows

UT ultrasonic inspection: 100% inspection, ultrasonic inspection requirements EN 10228-3 equivalent to GB/T6402-2008, level 3. Magnetic particle or magnetic leakage inspection: 100% inspection.

2.Radioactive substance detection of raw materials: ≤0.5μSv/h.

II. Mechanical properties

2. The sample needs to provide room temperature and low temperature performance test report, the data is shown below. Each product requires bulk sampling testing.

3. Only room temperature performance test is required during mass production, and if each product is the same batch of material and heat treatment in the same furnace, one body sampling test can be done.

1 = longitudinal specimen, tr = transverse specime

III. Component Inspection Requirements

1.Samples: Each product is tested for normal and low-temperature performance, and one product needs to be scrapped and sampled from the body according to the performance requirements in the table above.

2.Mass production: Only normal temperature performance testing is required, and if the same batch of materials and heat treatment are used in each product, a sample test can be performed on one body.

3.UT, MPI ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection: 100% inspection of samples; when mass production, the number of spot checks should not be less than 15% of the total quantity of products in stock.

4.Particle size: 6 or finer

5.Forging ratio:≥3.

6.Remainder magnetic field strength:≤15 A/cm.

7.Mechanical properties: According to regulations 2 and 4 above.

IV. Packaging

1.Products are packaged in EU-standard fumigating wooden boxes.

2.The length and width dimensions are 1200*800mm, and the gross weight after packaging cannot exceed 1000kg.
